Ftx.com exchange is not synchronising and any trade reagarding prep future contracts on same exchange is not recognisable.
- Althought I have API for auto sync with ftx.com the auto sync is impossile. On koinly wallet page, next to FTX logo the word sync is in red color and i am getting the message ftx requires beta acces. Any help on that please?
- As i cannot sync i tried to import data by csv file import method. Everything is fine that way exept the trades that has to do with crypto futures contracts, named as Prep. 25 Trades where skipped and the message i am getting is Currency with symbol = PERP not found for ftx!, Please any advice on that? Ftx is mainly dealing with Futures.
