Describe the problem:
adding transactions to koinly software for firefly wallet. Transferred from other exchange wallet to firefly wallet. both csv file says file unknown and through receiving address and both not working.
I am staking my iota in the firefly wallet, so not sure if that could be the problem?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
tried multiple times to download both ways and still same problem. Shows no transaction history at all. Csv file says unknown file, not sure how to fix and also through receiving address also shows zero transactions
