It’s possible Koinly can’t find the cost basis because the coin isn’t correctly identified in the CSV file. I added BETH to Koinly and I got market price for Eth immediately, but when I used another variation I get your error of $0 cost basis. So maybe that’s the problem. Please check your CSV file one more time for any such issues.
