Eternl wallet with 2 accounts
1 account syncs fine, other one does not

Deleted wallet and added again, no change
I personally think this is to do with the Cardano hardfork at the start of February. My Eternl wallets are not syncing although one or two (where there are no changes) show the sync has worked.
The issue has been reported to our devs on our feedback portal:

The devs are treating this case with high priority and I hope it gets resolved soon.
My last update that worked was November 4th, 2024.
Any headway on this issue? Need to get tax report and would like to continue to use Koinly.
Dont know if it helps but now the error has changed to “Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support”. No longer error 502.
