ETC wallet API not working [301]

Describe the problem:
The Ethereum Classic ETC Wallet API is not bringing anything in and is giving a [301] error.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Resyncing and Synching from the Beginning, multiple times over time. I also checked and confirmed the address.
