Error importing wallet on Ethereum

Describe the problem:

My main Ethereum wallet will not upload transaction data without encountering an error at transaction number 20,000.

Wallet Address: 0xe757970b801e5b99ab24c5CD9b5152234Cff3001

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Its a metamask wallet on the ethereum network.

How did you import data into this wallet?

I did not import data into this wallet. I connected it to koinly using its public address.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I have tried to manually import all transaction data using the cvs export function on etherscan and making sure the data table was identical to the template provided by koinly.

I have also tried modifying the API settings so that the ‘start import date’ is past the transaction where the important consistently gets stuck.

Lastly, I have tried removing the wallet in its entirety and re-adding it.

None of these efforts have seen any success at all.

  1. Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.

I’ve already tried that and they were unable to provide assistance. They’ve opened another support ticket in another forum. I don’t know what else I can do beyond that.

Hi @Jason_Lieberman

I tested your address in my test account and over 60k transactions got imported.

This is a large wallet that takes a longer time to sync. You may be receiving an error due to the number of transactions allowed in your account but as you can see, the wallet was synced.
