Erroneous Transactions in Exported CSV

I finally got all of my crypto & NFT transactions sorted & labeled correctly, exported the TurboTax Online CSV and uploaded it. TT wants to review 5 of my transactions. It appears that there are erroneous transactions that Koinly inserted into my CSV.

I unfortunately have no idea which exchange or wallet this could be coming from, as this specific transaction isn’t in my transaction history at all, not in synced transactions or my manual ones either.

Would simply deleting the transaction line from the exported CSV file do the trick? I am unsure if this will affect the totals in the rest of the CSV going forward
