Describe the problem:
Participated in the Maiar Launchpad event on Elrond. Process is that you buy lottery tickets with EGLD and then if you lose, they refund you your EGLD.
I see the fee for sending the 1.88 EGLD. I see the fee of the ‘claim’ for getting my 1.88 EGLD back, but I dont see the 1.88 EGLD come back into my wallet.
If I look in the Maiar app, it shows the fee as a transaction and I can see my balance has increased to include the 1.88 EGLD.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Nothing. I suspect Koinly isnt looking at the subdata of the transaction which shows the 1.88EGLD being returned - so now my balance is all wrong.
I have thousands of transactions of dozens of chains. I have tried every app under the sun. I must commend you for making the best one of them all. However, the best is still not good enough. If this is just one transaction and its made such a monumental mistake, am I expected to go through my other 10,000 transactions with a fine tooth comb?
I wanted this to work so I can subscribe to your biggest plan. I really did. But now I am just going to have to find another way.
