Does the Koinly team even exist anymore?

As per the title, I see no response from the team on almost any question raised.

Therefore it’s prudent to ask if the team still exist, and if they intend to continue development on this platform?

I’d love to see more transparency from them on what’s going on. There needs to be more engagement with the community and more info on what is being worked on. The only reason I’m sticking around at this point is the large number of integrations.

Yeah i’m wondering too, I regularly export all my transaction history, just in case. I’ve put so much effort keeping all my transactions neat in koinly, if anything happen, at least I still have my backup transactions across all exchanges.

Havent paid for a plan yet but going off whats been posted im going to look else where, this app doesn’t cope well with liquidity farming.

Agreed, other than the core product, seems they are doing very little effort on equipping the platform with modern features (common LP providers like pancakeswap). Also considering other products as we speak

Firstly, on behalf of the Koinly support team, we’d like to apologize to all of you for the delays in responding to your questions. Please understand that we were severely understaffed and bombarded with thousands of inquiries from all over the globe, referencing hundreds of different problems. Koinly is a small company that has grown at lightning speed due to the strength of our product, and we’ve onboarded new people to assist us in handling support, but tax software is no easy horse to ride, and training takes time, so please bear with us as we go through these growing pains. We assure you it will be worth the wait.

Going forward, I’ll be answering many of the questions here for everyone on the forum and assisting as much as possible. As we reduce the incredible number of tickets from Koinly members in our support queue, we’ll have even more time to dedicate to the forum and answering public questions.
