Hi, potential new US based user/citizen/tax payer and evaluating whether to use this tool or do it myself. I would consider myself a low to medium complexity use case as I have been trading casually for a couple years, have experienced some forks, received some staking and rewards, used common exchanges like Gemini, Coinbase, Nexo, HitBTC adn Uphold.
I am curious that if I use your tool and for some reason get audited or need to provide further information (I don’t expect this, just trying to think through all of this) - what support do you provide? For example. I use your tool, file my taxes IRS says “show me” and I show Koinly output and they say “need more” - are you there for me?

I assume the ZERO response to this question means “NO.” If you don’t provide audit support, can you just confirm you don’t?
