You have a bug in your application! I sent ETH from my MetaMask wallet to Kucoin. The transaction took over 20 min. I see 2 transactions noted in the Kucoin wallet address. I can identify the duplicate as they have the same TXID. You should have been able to identify the transactions by the TXIDs. Both were downloaded via your APIs. Ie, I put Kucoin api key and the ETH public address. I did not manually enter the data.
I think this type of error exists on other transactions I have. This needs #urgent fix on this #koinly-support:bug-report. It is hard to identify and resolve manually.
