Originally the problem was that the dashboard was showing different amounts than what the wallet actually showed inside Koinly. Specifically, the dashboard was showing 2 SOL in a Phantom wallet. When I go to the wallet inside Koinly, it shows the proper amount (less than 1 SOL). Even after syncing and refreshing a few times, the amount stayed the same on the dashboard.
So next I just deleted the wallet and waited for Koinly to say it was updated. … The dashboard still showed the wallet as having 2 SOL. So I figured maybe there’s some other hidden wallet on my account, but there is none. Ironically enough, the graphic chart in the dashboard does show my correct portfolio value. However, the bar chart shows the incorrect SOL and the actual “Portfolio Value” number shows the incorrect value amount.
How can this be fixed and will this incorrect value affect my tax documents?
