Crypto.com Exchange API SYNC FAILED (BAD_REQUEST_404)

Crypto.com Exchange API suddenly failed after years. No changes.

I have contacted support at CDC and they said this is a koinly problem, their servers are doing fine.

Any ideas?

Updates.
I created a new API, plugged it in. same error
I created yet another new API, purposely plugged in the wrong hidden key and got “unauthorized” so it seems that they are not at fault ( I think)
