CRO in lockup not showing up

Hi, it looks like the CRO I currently have locked up in a card stake does not reflect in the dashboard. Tried uploading the CSV to another site to see if there was something wrong with the file. But there the CRO showed up. Anyone else have this problem? Grateful for any help!

Hey @Zo0olander

The likely scenario here is that Koinly importer skipped these transactions as staked assets are not liable for tax so to save your transaction count, it gets ignored.

You can check to see if the import skipped any files by checking the import history on the wallet.

If that is not the case, or you want me to look into this further for you - send me a DM.

Best,

Yeah, but should it still be in dashboard?

Did you resolve this? I have the same problem

No, since it’s not imported at all, it does not count toward your current holdings in the wallet.

We don’t import them as they are not required for tax reporting purposes unless of course staking is taxable in your country.

You can work around this by manually adding withdrawals and labeling the CRO as “Sent to Pool” - it will then be removed from your current wallet and transferred to an internal pool wallet in Koinly.

It worked when I soft deleted it
