Coinsquare issue with f.CSV file upload

Describe the problem:

I obtained a fully complete Transactions history .CSV file from Coinsquare and upon uploading the file there is a message from Koinly that reads, ‘‘This file could not be imported automatically, follow the tips below to resolve this.’’

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Coinsquare

How did you import data into this wallet?

I asked for it from Coinsquare support.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I have not tried anything and I am posting this on the discussions forum as per the bot’s recommendation since I am not a paid subscriber to Koinly’s Tax reporting service and as a result I would not have access to chat support. Can you please offer some help?

I experienced the same issue so I ended up uploading a custom csv based on Koinly’s Universal Template. Essentially I had to go into the transaction summary provided by Coinsquare’s support and edit the DATE to be in one cell and rename the transaction headers accordingly. NOTE that the transaction summary provided by coinsquare does not include any WITHDRAWALS. I had to download those files seperately from their site and upload them onto Koinly.

However, after uploading all of my balances, my gains/losses and holdings are completely incorrect according to the records that I have kept for myself. I don’t know how I will file these taxes as a result. Koinly claims I have -$200,000+ in my holdings whereas I’m more along the lines of $80,000 up from my initial investment… This is a disaster.

With custom csv from vault i found my withdrawls.

i think yhe probleme is with the disposition of custom csv. i sent message from taxcoinsquare to do something about it for to fixe this probleme. like newton they have cusyom csv specialy for koinly and it s ok.
