Unknown file when importing

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Cryptonomy Finance. Is it supported by Koinly?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve searched most things, but same problem over and over. Cryptonomy isn’t supported yet by Koinly, Can it be added.

Transactions: 0
Imported with: CSV
