"BSC TOKEN HUB" transfer out / crosschain package?

Describe the problem:
I converted a big amount of bnb from bep20 to bep2 within trustwallet on may 8, which I eventually sent to my other exchange apps like Binance.US a few days later during the day I was rugged in a scam coin. I cannot find the “receive” transaction because it says in my bscscan: TO: " [0x0000000000000000000000000000000000001004 (BSC:TOKEN HUB) in my BSC BEP20 transaction marked by api as (WITHDRAWAL). I have a screenshot of when I had the tokens in my wallet swapped to bep2 bnb. Im really worried because i dont know what to do. This is happening at least 5 times and happens to be the ones with the biggest amounts lol.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Trustwallet / BSCBEP20/BEP BNB BEP2 WALLET

How did you import data into this wallet?
api and csv for BEP20 smartchain binance bnb

API for BEP2 bnb (no other choice)

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I cant figure out what to do. It says “CROSS CHAIN PACKAGE” in my bsc scan. When I click it – it goes to BINANCE EXPLORER, it says transaction type: “ORACLE CLAIM” fee 0 bnb. From… and tx hash. With receiver address and refund address in the DATA: section. In the middle sections, the reciever address in “DATA” section with all the lines of coding text is my BNB bep2 address and the “REFUNDADDRESSES” is my bep20 wallet I started from. Do I just add this url and tx to a new transaction and merge it? It also shows the exact amount I received in BNB from the conversion but it’s not the typical format lol…

I need to merge a receive (BEP2) transaction but not sure how to find it*

so it wont double my gains. This big transaction is giving me a snowball effect for tokens after giving me error: MISSING ____ BNB.

Is it ok to just use the binance explorer cross chain package bsc token hub link/tx id that i click from the bsc scan.
