Binance.us wallet via API reports no transactions found

Describe the problem:
My binance.us wallet reports 0 transactions; however, there are crypto transactions available

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
API

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted and recreated the wallet several times. Created new API keys and attempted to resync.

Wallet: Binance US (Binance US)
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

Hello,

Binance.us does not allow transactions originating from using fiat through their API, so that might be the issue. On our side, we have no open issues with Binance.us API, so if you’re still facing problems, please log a ticket with our support and we’ll check your specific account.

Is this a new problem? I never used to have a problem with fiat transactions being pulled in from Binance US until recently.
