Binance Transactions missing purchase history

Hey guys I put a total of $8500 CAD into crypto last year. All of it was transfered to newtown first and then to binance and very little to crypto.com. I lost almost $6000 because right now all i have left is $2500 in eth. But some how the total money shows $10k and the loss only shows $3k. And when i uploaded all my tax reports, the binance wallet shows “22 transactions missing purchase history” Anyone faced similar issues? Will really appreciate your guidance. Thanks!

It sounds like there are quite a few missing transactions that ends up giving $0 cost basis for some crypto.
I can see that you have used the CSV method to sync your data. Did you make sure to upload the complete transaction history with all of the years included?
There’s been a few updates to the Binance API so I can also suggest deleting the wallet and recreating it with API sync instead, it should give more accurate results.
