**Describe the problem
My balance shows lot of crypto I do not have. After looking to trancaction for my wallet from 2021 it seems koinly did not see the decimal. For excempel:
2021-05-09 10:18:46 +0200 inntekt 0,00000004 BETH 0,001221 NOK 0 Binance ETH 2.0 Staking
This is recorded as 4 ETH in reward and so goes on. How do I correct this?

When it comes to Binance, the CSV import method is generally accurate and includes all your transactions. However, Binance may provide different types of CSV files, and it is important that you export the ones we instruct you to get in the guide below:

If you have exported the correct files covering your entire transaction history but still notice balance discrepancies, please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat so we can investigate and assist you further.
One reason for wrong balance is that Koinley is not reading/putting comma and 0 in right place… I recieved reward for 0,00000008 BTC but it shows as 8 BTC.
