Describe the problem:
When attempting to connect my Sui wallet to Koinly, I encountered the following API error:
“Invalid params in the call: unable to derive balance changes because effect is empty (200)”
This error prevents the wallet from syncing and importing transaction data.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I used Koinly’s API integration feature and entered my Sui wallet (suiet) address.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

  • I attempted to reconnect the wallet, but the same error occurred.
  • I restarted the Koinly application, but the issue persisted.
  • I tried using a different browser, but the result remained the same.
