Describe the problem:
I use/play in the Aavegotchi ecosystem. Ever since they launched the Gotchiverse a couple years ago or so, the number of transactions has gone incredibly high. There’s a lot of Alchemica tokens to begin with, and then you are constantly mining or earning them and spending them on upgrades, but the value of each transaction is pretty minimal. Often doesn’t break $1 USD. I’m going to have to spend $500 on the Pro tier plus more for the extra transactions, all for stuff that isn’t worth much.
I reviewed tickets on the topic, but they’re all from 2022. Any new features to help merging or aggregating transactions in some way? All I found was the merge feature, which is extremely limited – I’m thinking about aggregating transactions over months.
If not, I’m tempted to just delete all these transactions and come up with my best estimate for their value. Or just ignore them for tax purposes since they’re so minimal. But then it seems to defeat the purpose of the tool … I feed in a bunch of accurate data, and the cost basis is accurately figured out for me.
