I want to merge more than 9 tx
This was possible during the begin of the year. Why was that changed?

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you. I am not sure why the feature was removed if once present, but for now, you may only merge 9 transactions.
There is an on-going feature request which is taking votes, I would ask you to register your vote here if possible
