ALBT token was SWAPPED to NXRA BECAUSE OF A BREACH, CAN WE CLAIM ALBT TOKEN AS A LOSS?

HELLO THIS IS A 2 PARR QUESTION,

Albt token was compromised so they created NXRA token and gave a 1 to 1 ratio. How will we report this? Is the ALBT CONSIDERED A LOSS? I RONT BELIEVE YOU CAN SELL IT ANYWHERE? ALSO AT WHAT PURCHASE PRICE WILL NXRA BE CLAIMED FOR ON TAXES WHEN IT IS SOLD?
