Advice for plans

Hi,

I purchased the Hodler plan thinking that it would cover a total of 1000 transactions across a few years or that they would carry over from one year to the next.

Please confirm my understanding, I must buy a plan for every year regardless of how many transactions remain per year as they do not carry over the next year?
For example,
2021 i have 442 transactions,
2022 i have 236,
2023 i have 58 none and
2024 i have 365.
total 1232 transations.

So the way I understood it is that I buy a Trader and a Hodler plan to carry over the transactions across all years…I guess I misunderstood?

Hi @Will_L

You only need to purchase plans for the years you want to generate reports for. Each plan covers one tax year and allows you to generate reports for that year.

To generate reports, two conditions must be met:
1. The plan for that year must cover the number of transactions in that year.
2. All your purchased plans combined must cover the total number of billable transactions in your account.

Hello,

I need to ask again.

Paid all Tax Years (21,22,23)
• 2021 => 433 Transaction, bought Trader (3000 Transaction)
• 22 => 272 Trans., bought Hodler
• 23 => 308 Trans., bought Hodler

Result for my Tax Report 2021 => nothing. Pop-Up: I have exceeded a limit of 6000 transactions. IMO I bought too much.

What went wrong??

This shouldn’t be the case. If your plans cover the total number of billable transactions, you should not receive the error. Please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat so we can look into this for you.
