A couple of newer coins show up wrong in APIs

I was just letting you know that when using the API for the Optimism blockchain that the coin “OPP” that is “Optimism Prime” that is contract 0x676f784d19c7F1Ac6C6BeaeaaC78B02a73427852 in Optimism is instead being recognized as “OPP” with this second and distinct token being the “Open Proprietary Protocol” that is on the Ethereum blockchain associated with contract 0xf51ccb15d3f2d304ae6c409303e8b3a3e397a80b. These are both relatively more obscure tokens although if someone could get around to having it where the OPP does not pick the Open Proprietary Protocol that would be great!

I also notice that on the Luna blockchain (Mainnet, or Luna2) that the token Terra Poker Token (TPT) at Luna contract terra13j2k5rfkg0qhk58vz63cze0uze4hwswlrfnm0fa4rnyggjyfrcnqcrs5z2 is instead being recognized as TokenPocket Token (TPT) at Ethereum contract 0x4161725d019690a3e0de50f6be67b07a86a9fae1 although this TokenPocket Token is also on the BNB Chain and Huobi ECO net.
