Wrong Coin identical name - Koinly connects wrong Coin

Problem: koinly pulls wrong coin info and price

EOA – the information is pulled directly from the blockchain, etherscan

the token is STT Scatter.cx trading at ~$0.00017635 :

koinly wrongly connects it to Starterra STT trading at ~$5.45 :
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/starterra

I have several ETH addresses connected.
These received a (spam) token that is basically worthless but koinly pulls price from another (wrong) token and calculates a holding value of 83,429 € for my account. (Wishful thinking :slight_smile: )

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Hoping there is a possibility to pull the correct price. Changing this does not seem possible.

Thank you for raising the concern and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have implemented a fix for this coin discrepancy 8 days ago, please Perm.Delete the wrong transactions and Resync From Beginning for the problematic wallet.

This will surely fix the issue!
Please let me know if it’s resolved, other users informed that it is.

Hi Jorn,

This has now been fixed. To get the correct token, you can either delete and recreate the wallet or you can just permanently delete all STT transactions and then resync your wallet from the beginning.
