Wrong coin purchase prices from Swissborg Sync

I noticed a missmatch between my unrelaized gains between Koinly and SwissBorg for a few coins. The purchace prize for DOGE is totally off (Koinly says I bought for 0.16 CHF/Coin while SwissBorg reports an average price of 0.19 CHF). This throws my whole balance off and exaggerates my wins on Koinly while my “real” SwissBorg balance is much more sobering. I connected via the API so I dont understand why the report is so wrong. I bought the coin using USDC (that I had from cashing in gains from another coin).’
Same problem with SEI, Aptos, ETH.
I also conected my Bitpanda account and there the numbers match almost perfectly (off by like 0.01 but never more).

Is this a known problem? Can I do something to correct it without having to correct manually every transaction? I am evaluating usage of Koinly for my crypto accounting and tax purposes but in this state it wont be usefuil unfortunatly.

You mentioned you connected your SwissBorg data via API, however, we do not have API connection for this exchange.

Since this depends on your settings, purchases in other wallets, are the accuracy of the imported files, I suggest you reach out to our support team via the in-app chat to have a look at this.
