Why can't I see how much my NOT token and HYDX token are worth?

The operations reported are all correct, but I don’t see any value for my NOT (notcoin) tokens and HYDX token in my wallet; the wallet is zero.

The Ledger wallet and Metamask wallet (Base network) are affected.

I have no way to change anything else. I would like your help to ensure the correct value appears in my wallet.
