Uphold data looks correct but Koinly not acknowledging it

I had TURBO on Uphold, I can see the transaction imported where I bought it and also where I sold it.

However, the number of tokens has not been updated on Koinly!

The data was imported via your Uphold wallet importer.

I can see on other tokens/wallets where I have bought and sold and all seems to be the same as the problematic one!

How can this be corrected if the data imported appears to be correct?
