Describe the problem:
I deposited Theta into a staking pool (gpool) several years ago. My wallet is connected.
I have been receiving TFuel into my wallet regularly.
In mid-2024, I unstaked the theta, and they were deposited back into my theta wallet.
There is no record of any deposit of the staked Theta, even after syncing the wallet.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
This is GPOOL.IO staking for theta, and I unstaked the tokens, but no deposit show in the wallet on Koinly.
How did you import data into this wallet?
This wallet is connected to my Koinly account. It is the wallet that has been successfully receiving TFUEL while the THETA was staked.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have no idea how I am supposed to fix this. It should be happening automatically.
