Describe the problem:
Using the add Tron Block chain wallet option it asks for said wallets Public Key which I enter then it syncs however it only syncs TRX coin transactions and doesn’t pull the WINK and other tokens transactions.
Basically koinly shows only a few transactions when there are many more due to only pulling the TRX tokens history and none of the other tokens history.
Using their CSV downloads are not much help either as Koinly cant import them for some reason.
So between both methods I cant get an accurate history from this public address and it’s holding up being able to complete Tax return.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Tronlink Pro Wallet - Importing just as a Tron Block Chain Customer as not available.
How did you import data into this wallet?
Tried CSV and fails.
Tried Public Key and only pulls across one tokens history and ignores the other tokens history.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Spent all day trying to find a workaround but not technically minded enough to figure it out.
