Many of my P/L are from transfers that shouldn’t be taxed. Wallet to exchange transfers mostly. Is there any way to manually tag these transfers since the software isn’t catching it? It’s about the only thing I can’t tag as of now. Any info would be appreciated
The payment of transaction fees with a transfer of crypto between exchanges/wallets is a disposal of crypto that is a taxable disposition in most if not all jurisdictions. If you don’t want the fee payment to be treated as a taxable transaction you can toggle off Treat transfer fees as disposals? in Koinly settings.
