I consider switching from another service to Koinly… How do you technically suggest that I should import my previous year closing balances with their cost basis (to serve as the opening balances of current year) to your service?
It’d be interesting to hear what issues you encountered on the other platform…

Normally we would suggest starting from scratch by syncing all wallet and exchanges.
This is the best foundation in order to be able to troubleshoot all inaccuracies back to the source and build an accurate report.
