Koinly balance on an exchange does not agree with the exchange balance

Describe the problem:
The balances do not agree.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually. Had to delete some columns from the iTrustCapital export and rename the rest.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

My question is: What is the quickest way to resolve this issue? Since the export is always the complete transaction history since I opened the account why not delete the iTrustCapital wallet from Koinly and then import it back? I am not interested in manually going through each transaction line by line because of the odd way Koinly presents this information.

Usually duplicates are picked up by Koinly when importing the same data, but as iTrust is unsupported at the moment that may not be the case.

Deleting the wallet and then importing the file to a newly created one would be the best option if uploading the new file is causing problems. The reason Koinly doesn’t delete the file and reimport the data though is because some users put a lot of work into manually adjusting older transactions and they need those to stay intact.
