Swap token cost basis and profit is incorrect

Describe the problem:
I find a lot of transactions with swap token is incorrect.

For example one transaction where I converted AVAX to BNB is showing a profit of 11K but in actual it was around 2K. I calculated using the cost of AVAX and BNB on that day.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance

How did you import data into this wallet?
I tried both import the CSV and API sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I deleted the wallet few times to recreate.

Also, when I am trying to edit a transaction manually it is not changing the capital gains , capital gain remains the same when I change a profit from 11K to 2K ? How is that possible because if I reduce the profit using the correct cost basis of that coin then the capital gain should reduce ?
