Stellar (XLM) Not synching all transactions

I’ve added an XLM wallet but it only synchs 1 transaction (The most recent) and ignores any others such as deposits. This is affecting subsequent transfers to other wallets/exchanges. I sent 20k XLM to my dCent on 6 May 2022 but it isn’t showing in either of the XLM accounts I have in Koinly.

Wallet address is StellarExpert | Stellar XLM block explorer and analytics platform

11 Transactions but only 1 imports

I used the auto sync/API tool
