Staked SOL not showing on Koinly.

My unstaked SOL are showing on Koinly but the SOL staked on Ledger are not.

Is there a fix for this please?

Hi @lykoin

Did you use your Solana public address to import your transactions (auto-sync) or did you use the CSV import method?

This is a common issue if you use import your Ledger transactions via CSV.

Yes, I used the address on Ledger that I sent the SOL to.

I just deleted the Ledger SOL wallet on Koinly and set it up again
using the setup auto sync method again but still have the same issue. Staked SOL
not showing.

As you may know, you should follow the instructions in the guide below to tag your staking activity as “pool in” and “pool out”:

Thanks for the link, I have watched the video over and over and I still am a bit confused.
I understand that I need to manually tag my staking transactions.

Any rewards must me tagged as ‘Reward’.
When I delegate/stake on Ledger that transaction must be tagged at ‘Pool in’
When I undelegate/unstake should I tag it as ‘Pool out’?

Yes. When you unstake, you may see a missing purchase history error on the Pool Out transactions for the reward which you should add manually into the pool wallet. This is explained in the article I shared.
