Shapeshift import throwing error: cant exchange between same currency

Describe the problem:
Koinly gives me errors importing data from Shapeshift because of error:
Cant exchange between the same currency

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Shapeshift/keepkey

How did you import data into this wallet?
Downloaded the CSV file in the wallet

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Posted on this forum. At first i got a different error “More than 10000 entries in a row” but I “fixed” that by manually editing the CSV file removing a lot of the addresses that were in between transactions. Even if somehow one of those were mine, wouldn’t me manually adding that individual bitcoin address into Koinly fix it?
I am also having trouble with the balance of my keepkey (I think because of this but I dont know) I also show the wrong amount in my cashapp which i linked with API not CSV. But I sent from cashapp TO my keepkey so maybe thats why?

I know this is long but please someone help…

The error you are referring to is an expected error as you cannot change one currency for the same one. This means the transactions on the file are not properly recorded. Please follow the instructions in the guides below to fix this:
