Shakepay CSV Format Changed

Describe the problem:
I think that Shakepay has updated their CSV exporting based on the comparison of a couple of my transactions history CSVs. I am not having any success importing my latest transactions.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have compared CSV files and noticed a change in column headers and some of the data included for transactions. I have tried to redownload the file from Shakepay but that hasn’t changed anything.

Same here, for past few days I cannot import either csv or xlsx files. I have contacted Shakepay :
This seems to be an issue with koinly not accepting our updated file format. Our new update accommodates a more detailed report and they’ll need to tweak some things. I would suggest reaching out to their support to get this updated on their end.

This is great to hear. I just sent an email asking about this. It looks like someone has sent their CSV file. Let me know if you need another and I’ll send mine along.

Hi All,

I was able to temporary fix this by renaming the csv header/name of Column H from [Direction] to [Credit/Debit].

I tried that and it worked(I had to use google docs to change the cvs file)
Hopefully, Koinly will make proper changes soon
