We don’t currently have any issues with Shakepay. Make sure you follow the instructions in the guide below to export your files:
I checked the csv file contains all crypto transaction; however none is showing in koinly. only cash deposits / withdrawls are shown
This must be because of the file you imported. The file you have imported into your wallet is the cash transactions summary while the file you need is the crypto transactions summary.
no, i open the file and see all the crypto transactions there
chrome was blocking multiple files download from the site.
After unblocking, you can see that 2 files downloaded 1 cash, 1 crypto.
Eventhough the cash transactions included crypto buy/sell transaction, koinly does not recognize them. You have to import both files.
