Can taxes for Rocketpool staking be done in Koinly? Is there a tutorial for that? It looks like the ‘deposit’/call transaction cannot be tagged. I don’t know how MEV boost, smoothingpool income and RPL rewards can be found in koinly. Last years ethstaker.tax could be used, but now rocketpool mode is disabled. I know the income from the last years on ethstaker and would like to recreate it in koinly.
Describe the problem:
Staking income (MEV boost, smoothing pool) is not calculated automatically when adding ethereum addresses of Rocketpool node, stake-on-behalf and validator addresses.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Rocketpool. ethstaker.tax disabled it’s rocketpool mode so next year I’ll definitly need to figure out how to do it with koinly.
How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually imported addresses. A lot was tagged automatically.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I found the transaction (call to ‘deposit’) for 16/8 ETH. Since it is of type ‘transaction’ it cannot be tagged how it is it mentioned in your video tutorial. Thus I cannot use ‘sent to pool’ (or don’t know how).
