Portfolio settings: default settings and restart gains

Hello,

In portfolio settings is there a way to return to default settings for my country? I’m not sure if I have changed any of the settings so I’d like to revert back to the default settings suitable for my country just to be sure. I am in the UK.

Also, what does the “restart gains” button do?

I can’t find a help article on either of these questions/issues.

There is not a way to revert settings to default as of now, but these are the default settings for UK accounts (individuals)

Restarting Gains is not something that should be used unless someone from the Support team has asked you to. It basically starts your calculations from scratch and should normally only be used if you see a 2+2=5 situation.
