Phantom wallet not syncing. Shows no transactions

I have recently added a few new wallets without any problems, except for the Phantom wallet. I have added and deleted it a few times but get the same result - no transactions found. When I sync, I get sync fail. I have read some posts going back to last November where others have had the same issue. At that time, Koinly replied it was aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Is this still an issue with the Phantom wallet and if so, is there a workaround.

If this is a big Solana wallet with close to 50k transactions, then it is normal to see syncing errors on the wallet. In that case, the CSV import method from stake.tax is recommended.

If not, would you either share your Solana address with me or reach out to our support team?

Aria - I am having the same issue. There are only 69 transactions total. Is there some way you could help?
