OKEx CSV Import is not working

Describe the problem:
As the auto sync is corrently not available, I would like to use the CSV Import to import the Data.
After adding the file, I recieved the message “unknown File”. The CSV Structure looks like the requested one, so I dont know were to search for the problem

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Downloaded the file once more. Removed unused Columns

I am getting the same problem. Did you find a solution for this? Or can anyone else shed some light please

Hi,

We currently support 12 different CSV formats from the OKEX exchange (yes, they have many versions).
If the file you have is not recognized by Koinly then that might be a new format that we would need to add.

There are 2 things you could do:

  • Check if there are any other files available on OKEX (any different format). Koinly will need your entire transaction history so it is of course preferable if they offer a single file for the entire history.
  • Contact the support team here at Koinly. Our agents can often help with editing the files to match our format. To request that the file be added to Koinly, you can click the ‘Request Help’ button which will be shown after the file import fails.
