No option to set a sync date on the troubleshooting page

Describe the problem:
I have no option to set a sync date on the troubleshooting page of a wallet

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
A Phantom/Solana wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
By entering the wallet address and syncing

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve tried syncing and also tried adding transaction manually but I’m unable to select this wallet when adding manually. Also, oddly enough, when I’m on the troubleshooting page for this wallet it often says ‘there are no transactions for this wallet’ when there indeed are transactions.

The “start import from” date is not set on the Troubleshooting page but by clicking on “auto-synced enabled” when you open your wallet:
