no deposits found when trying to import/input trades from Tap Global

Describe the problem:
I tried to import trades from an Exchange called Tap Global, but no matter what I do I can’t seem to get the transactions registered properly

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Tap Global

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried multiple ways of importing / inputting, CSV manual input etc

just wondering before I sign up if this can be fixed or rectified

Hi @GoldSmyth

Did you have any deposits of crypto (e.g. transfers from other wallets) to this exchange? If no, you can ignore this warning.

There is only one transaction with the missing purchase history error. Check out Missing purchase history for XYZ.
