NFT Purchase missing deposit of NFT

Describe the problem:
Purchased an NFT from OpenSea.
TX Went through Fine, NFT is in my wallet
Koinly only seeing the send transaction, and not seeing the deposit transaction of the NFT landing in my account

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Metamask

How did you import data into this wallet?
Automatic

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I wasnt sure how to just ADD the transaction, as i cannot find the exact NFT under “Coin”

Hey @BNWEIN , this is very interesting. Koinly supports ERC-1155 NFTs and should import them automatically.

If your wallet was added to Koinly a while ago, the issue may resolve itself if you recreate the Metamask wallet in Koinly. Let me know how that goes?

Failing that, we can troubleshoot further by taking a look into your accounts. :+1:

Thanks for the reply. I already tried recreating my Metamask wallet and that didnt help! Would appreciate some further assistance!

Just to let you know a friend of mine who also uses Koinly also got the airdrop dropped NFT, and also purchased the same NFT as me, and those TX’s are also not showing for them in Koinly. To confirm these are the TX’s of mine and theirs that do not show up the deposit. The purchase does show the “Send” Tx, but not the deposit one

We also got an airdrop from the same project, and none of the airdropped items show either. Below are the TX’s from those airdrops

I just spoke with our devs regarding this and a fix should be rolled out within the next 2 days :slight_smile:

A normal sync should resolve this but I haven’t got the green light from our devs on this just yet.
