Polygon Not Pulling Deposit Transactions

NOTE: This post was erroneously hidden by community flags and I have no idea why!

Describe the problem:
The initial Matic deposit from when it was bridged onto polygon does not appear on Koinly.
Here is an example of a deposit transaction that should appear in Koinly but does not: Address 0x6f0a3cff9514bae0b86ac300e72a1b9986074b35 | PolygonScan

Since this deposit does not appear, I can’t pair the outgoing Matic from ETH mainnet to it. So it’s considered an exchange rather than just a non-taxable transfer.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Polygon (MATIC)

How did you import data into this wallet?
Providing the public address and choosing Polygon wallet

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I looked on polygonscan and saw that the deposit transaction does in fact exist it’s just not being pulled by Koinly.

I believe I am having the same issue.

I found the same thing was happening to my bridge deposits of MATIC. Like your link shows, for some reason they show up on PolygonScan on a different transaction tab, so the API seems to be missing it entirely. My solution was to just get the transaction details from PolygonScan and enter the transaction manually on the Transactions section of Koinly. Then I was able to merge that with the send transactions Koinly recognized from the Ethereum network.

Yes unfortunately the plasma bridge isn’t reporting from the API as it should. We’re aware of the issue and looking into ways to fix it! I’m not quite sure what the timeline is at the moment, but rest assured that we’re trying to figure out a workaround on our end :slight_smile:

If I import polygon CSV file does this go away? I am getting all these USDC = zero cost basis issues, as well as koinly not getting CURVE tricrpyto am3CRV buys with USDC

Any update on this? I’m a paid customer and the tax deadline is just a few weeks away.

Please give us a solution to fix this. I find Koinly more convenient than other platforms.
