Missing Zilliqa transactions

I’m trying to import my zilliqa wallet with the API, but a lot of transactions are missing (SWAP, STAKE…)
How should I import my wallet correctly?

Unfortunately there was an update to how Zilliqa is exporting the data so the staking and rewards stopped being imported to Koinly.

We are aware of the issue but I don’t have a timeline for when it will be fixed at the moment.

Seems like regular ZIL transactions - in this case a recent deposit some days ago - are also not working currently? Worked for the same adr/wallet til 1. January 2022! Any ideas?

so it would be better to import all the transactions with a CSV?
since with the API also all the token swaps are missing

@djlalle Have you figured out how to do that yet? When I try to import via CSV, I get an error message saying I need to use the API. Do I need to add all of my claimed staking rewards in manually?

unfortunately not, I have imported them with CSV
it’s extremely time consuming

Hello everyone!

Unfortunately this issue is still ongoing, we’re working on it but I’m afraid I still don’t have a timeline.
It seems the issue is coming from Zilliqa’s end so it’s not an easy fix.
